Journal

Each run writes a journal under .ecp/runs/<runId>/ (override with ECP_RUNS_DIR). The document uses schema: "@executioncontrolprotocol.run.journal" and journalVersion: 1.

The journal records workflow identity, step statuses, inputs/outputs (including file refs), policy pauses, and the terminal error if the run failed.

ecp runs list
ecp runs show <runId>
ecp runs resume <runId>
ecp runs rerun <runId> --from <step>

resume continues a paused run (ECP_RUN_PAUSED). rerun --from starts a new run from a named step when the graph is still compatible (ECP_RERUN_INCOMPATIBLE otherwise).
